About time I merged my branch that uses mcolor and takes the coloring work away from jlog. Will be doing some other house keeping while I'm at it too.

This is confirmed to be working on both Windows and Linux. I just double checked before this.

Removed need for jlog to handle colors. Using mcolor library now. 67a83bbac4
